If for any reason you are not fully happy with your order, our Refund & Return Policy explains how you can return items and request a refund. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the return process, including packaging instructions and the return shipping address.
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Currently, Sleep & Style does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product following the return procedure and place a new order for the desired item.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the item and ensure that a replacement or full refund is issued promptly. Your satisfaction and comfort are our top priorities, and we handle such cases with care and urgency.
For returns due to reasons other than defective or damaged products, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For returns due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Sleep & Style will cover the shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been processed for shipping. To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible.
